Missing critcal parts: Each plug is suppose to have a metal bracket that retains the cable to keep them from pulling out and possibly shorting out
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich If you look at the molded plastic plug you'll see a recessed hex shape. That is not for attaching the plug to something. It is actually for a metal 2 piece bracket that holds the lugs in place not allowing them to move causing a pour connection resulting in a melted plug & a winch that stopped working in the middle of a job. Do some research because its very, very important that the 2 lugs meet making a perfect connection. Without those there isn't anything to keep them in place. I ended up having to buy 2 more because they separated enough to cause a weak connection, heating up and actually melting your plug to the pint that there was no longer power going to the winch. I have this type of plug on a couple of rechargeable forklifts & i noticed the retainer clips on those. It makes perfect sense. Right now i have zip ties going in every direction to hold these in place. The winch is used a number of times every week. The 1st time it happened i was scrambling try to make a safe connection to complete the job..
I can take photo's if you'd really like to see them but someone needs to know what they're selling.
Thank you
