NOT WATERPROOF

It's as waterproof as a tea-bag ! it leaks very slightly with light rain but after heavy rain the back of the bike is soaked underneath & the rest of the bike is not great either!
for a medium its massive, the handlebars need to be 4ft wide to fit, so it blows around quite badly
maybe i've got a "duff" one ??
