Compact healer.
The infrared healing was what got me back on my feet after I put my back out some few years ago and I would have been a longer time healing if not for an infrared lamp.
This time around, my shoulder has started to bind up and the lamp and it's healing qualities have saved the day, yet again.
So worth having one within reach, especially as I am getting older. :-)
