Lovely book from inspirational watercolourist
Beautiful book; Stephen Q uses materials that the average person can't buy (hand-ground in an atelier in Europe) but the results are worth seeing. He seems to go into inordinate details about colour mixing but overall it's worth having.

Entertaining, unusual, a great book.
Well told unusual story with incidents throughout. It should be a film. I kept thinking that I knew what was going on - and Miss Benson didnt then was surprised.
Very interesting, keeps you reading, hard to imagine what’s goin* to happen next - and great sub-plot going on, with their chaser that they have no idea is there.
Rachel Joyce takes an odd slant on what sounds like an ordinary story - like Harold fry, just walking, or Miss Benson, ‘just’ going on the expedition of a lifetime.

Charcoal made easy and clean!
I find charcoal very messy so I don't use it as much as I'd like. These pencils are a great solution and the colours, ranging from black through reddish brown to white, are great. Good quality and sharpen OK. I am always breaking charcoal so these are a godsend.
