  The shipping process was generally smooth and met expectations, with the item arriving in a reasonable timeframe. However, the packaging left much to be desired—it was adequate but far from ideal, looking somewhat flimsy and not particularly well-suited for the item. More disappointingly, the product itself didn’t match the description provided. It arrived without a power cord, which was a significant oversight and not mentioned in the listing. While the overall value of the item is passable.
