Versatile and reliable
I have used DrayTek 286* series router/firewalls for years for our home network, relying on their integrated modem.
The 2865ax is significantly faster than the earlier models. It is compatible with earlier models so that, if you are careful, a saved configuration from an earlier model can be loaded into the 2865ax, saving the need to laboriously re-create all the proven network settings. I have installed the latest firmware from DrayTek (4.4.5.8_BT), which is an easy operation. Doing all this to switch over to the 2865ax took me about 5 minutes. The 2865ax is proving reliable in operation (been running for a month now with no glitches).
The 2865ax's central management system is useful. It allows you to manage DrayTek kit such as AP900 access points and P1092 switches without having to address them individually. I use AP900s with Ethernet cabling from the 2865ax to provide cover throughout our long thin house having several thick internal walls. Perhaps not surprisingly, the 2865ax does not support PoE but it does support mesh networks with compatible DrayTek kit: I haven't needed to try that yet and my AP900s don't support mesh.

easy to use
This is easy to use because:
1. it can be cut to the length you need
2. it is easy to peel the backing off the sticky tape itself by bending it slightly to get a hold on the edge of the backing
3. the tape is stiff enough with the backing peeled off to make it less likely to fold over and stick to itself and easier to place correctly where you want it
4. but the tape is also flexible enough to conform to awkward surfaces and be comfortable to the patient
5. the tape sticks well to skin and to dressings but can still be removed without inflicting great discomfort
6. the tape stays in place and does so even when subject to some liquid (eg exudate from a wound) provided you made sure the surface was dry when you applied the tape in the first place.
For context, my experience with this tape is for supporting dressings on awkwardly placed cancerous lesions for a family member for the past several months.
