Ripped Off

I feel that I was ripped off with this product and thier was nothing I could do about it because the warranty had expired, it took 15 dias to get to me. First I knew it wasn't new, but it only said that had minor stratches, it never said that it was encraved with a name. The other thing was that as soon as I charged it, when it was fully charged, it only hold the battery life for 2 hours if I didn't use it to listen to music, because that would take all the battery life out of it.The other thing is that the volume was very low. I could hardly hear it without headphones.Overall, I'd won't recommend this product to know one and in my personal opinion I feel that I was ripped off. I won't buy never again.
