As good as the original.
Old one was unusable. One important thing is you need to push the pins in both keys to remove and swap the keys. It also comes with micro switches for the board. Mine wasn't damaged so I used it as it is. Everything fits perfect. Took me 10 minutes.
Recommend this product.

Great for kitchen.
3rd one in 3 years.. they need to design the switch inside better. easy to install. saves a lot of energy. warms quick. if you are single it is a must.

Good quality replacement.
All started with engine light on the dash. It wasn't related to rear wiper. I rarely use rear wiper. I decided to use to test and it didn't work. Order the replacement and replaced myself in an hour. No engine light o the dash and all works fine. Excellent replacement part.
