Not much to this
I LOVED the original "Lilias, Yoga and You" dvd, but this one is a real disappointment. There just isn't enough of a workout. It is almost like a trailer for a movie - just a "sneak peek". I like her "AM & PM workouts" better, but it, too, is a little light with only ONE am and ONE pm workout session.
