Best Value for the Money
I have looked at and used many garlic presses in my time but this one is by far is the best value. Not only does this press work pressing garlic, but it does it without needlessly removing the skin before hand. As everyone knows, that is a laborious task and gets your hand smelling like garlic. With this press there is no need. It is also very easy to clean without needing to put it in the dishwasher. The basket flips open for easy cleaning. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a garlic press for their home.

Best Electric Knife Sharpener for European Knives
I was looking at a couple of the Chefs Choice knife sharpeners. I particularly like the XV sharpener but all of my knives are of the softer steel European made. My wife wanted a sharpener that did not have to be on the counter all the time and would keep the sharp edge the longest. That is why I decided on the Chefs Choice 120 knife sharpener. It put a nice sharp edge on all our knives. So sharp my wife cut her finger and did not notice it tater on in the day. she was lucky that cut drew no blood. I like the XV sharpener but in my reading the experts said the 15% angle is great for cutting but not for chopping because it doesnt hold its edge real well and needs to have the blade continually retouched due to the European blades are made of softer steel and don hold the 15% edge as well as the harder Japanese steel does. I am sure both sharpeners do a great job, but for the knives in my kitchen the Chefs Choice 120 was the right sharpener for us.
The only Con i could tell was that for wider blade, I had to put painter's tape on the size of my wide knives so the sharpener would not scratch the side of the blades.

Well built turkey roaster
This is a very well-built product. The handles are riveted in so there is no chance of them breaking. If you soak it with dawn soap it is very easy to get clean. I was taken aback as to how heavy this item is with no bird in it. I weighed it and the pan alone weighs 6 pounds. It took a little getting used to after all those years of buying disposable aluminum pans. I wish they bent the edges of the pan more so you could pour out the drippings more easily for making gravy. All in all, I would recommend the product to anyone.
