Hitech is a well constructed 100mm/4" filter holder
The beauty of the Hitech holder is that is well constructed out of machined aluminum and does not require any tools to assemble or to change configuration. It comes with the necessary spacers to accommodate a 4mm thick filter. What I like the most about the holder is that they use a screw to clamp the holder firmly onto the adapter rings compared to a spring loaded plunger. As long as you periodically check to ensure the screw is tight it is unlikely you will accidentally bump the holder and filter off your lens as can easily happen with the plunger type.
The screw and nuts used to attach the filter clamp and spacer bars are sometimes too long. When They are too long they protrude in front of the holder. The edges of the screws are sharp and can catch on clothing or worse scratch your expensive filter if you accidentally bump your filter on the end of a screws. The manufacture should have spent 15 cents more and included some vinyl or rubber covers for the end of the screws. It would have also been nice if the included a set or two of screws in between the sizes provided so you can customize the number of filter slots and not have a 1/4 inch of screw protruding. Also because of the protruding screw ends do not throw this holder carelessly into your camera bag/case or things will get scratched.
If you purchase a Hitech holder you must also purchase Hitech adapter rings to attach to your lenses. The adapter rings are not interchangeable with Lee filter holders even though they do look similar. The are different in diameter and Lee adapter rings have a groove around the circumference of the adapter ring and the Hitech adapter rings do not.
Otherwise the fit and finish of the Hitech holder is nice and should provide years of service.
The reason I purchase this holder is the use of the screw verses the plunger to attach the holder to the lens adapter rings. The filters cost way too much for me to trust the little plunger.
By the way I have three different brands of holders and I have finally settled on Hitech holders. I have purchased different length screws 20mm and 25mm in length and so they don't quite protrude as far as the others.

Beautiful, Well Made, Work of Art Bellows!
The bellows were made with amazing attention to detail and craftsmanship. The folds/pleats were perfect and glue lines were clean. They communicated quickly asking for photographs of how I was measuring the bellows frames to ensure they made them correctly. They were quickly made to my specifications and then quickly shipped to me when they were finished. They are a work of art!!!!’
