A good, low cost garage door opener
I replaced a 20 yr. old garage door opener. i added this open box remote keypad mounted on the side of the door frame. It was a fairly easy job to mount and program the new code. No wires to run. Just follow the instructions on the keypad. It works perfectly and Ebay saved me some money. Good seller. Shipped fast. Doesn't get any better! My opinion is Chamberlin (Lift Master, Craftsman) makes the best product. Replaced a Genie unit that wouldn't hold the door position setting and was impossible to fix,

A varnish to make old oak doors look like new.
I was refinishing an oak French door that was exposed to the sun for some years. After a lot of work removing the old finish, I wanted to apply the best material I could find. Product reviews favored this for outdoor (marine) use. I applied 3 coats and it look great. Time will tell how long it lasts.
