A "Gentle Comedy". Best Ever.
This is a British comedy from the early 2000's . I don't know how many series there are, but it went on for a number of years. The plot, the characters, the humor, and the tone of this one all make it the most enjoyable of any comedy series. No anguish or harsh language. It is not mean-spirited or "dumbed down" at all. Just a relaxing show with lots of laughs.

Notes from a Small Island
Bill Bryson is always so good. This video is based on his book, which is very entertaining and informative. He really nails what there is to love about England and its people. I just wish the video tape lasted longer.

"As Time Goes By" Series 7 DVD
2 von 2 finden das hilfreich This is a gentle British comedy series--warm, and very funny in places. You can relax with it and just have a good clean laugh. There are 6 episodes in this series. I would recommend it to everyone.
