  Literally no response to messages, item marked as sent when clearly it wasn't. I chased (not reply), then opened a case (no reply). Boots turned up past the date i needed them, and the post date was after i'd initially chased, so clearly i was waiting for them when they were just sat in their house to be posted. Boots are physically really nice, but really smell of CIGARETTES which isn't nice!!!
