  This item was a part of combined shipping. It was not packed adequately. The hen had a chip on the bill. There was confusion concerning the refund. The seller stated he sent $10.55 to my PayPal. I don’t have any experience getting a refund from PayPal. I still don’t. This was a unique experience for me. I am not pleased.

  We made arrangements and the buyer was refunded completely. She told me in the beginning to refund her paypal so I did and she claims she never received it. Not a very pleasant experience either from the sellers point of view. I gave her a BIG discount for buying 2 hens. I could not help that they got broken during shipping. I also charged her shipping for 1 item since I was sending together. I am in the hole on this one. She didn't want to wait to file a claim. Rude at times, just want it done.
