  **Avoid this Seller at All Costs – Beware of Defective Products and Shady Practices!**I regret ever dealing with this seller. I purchased the RS-2 Roof Sentry Automatic from him, and he knowingly sent me a defective item. Despite my attempts to resolve the issue, he made false promises, all while the 30-day return window quietly passed. It became clear that he had no intention of help after that point. He even laughed when I pointed out the defective product, despite providing clear pic. Shame!
