    There is a tear on the packaging on the ETB that is not mentioned in the details, nor is there a picture to show the tear. I have tried to message the seller. A week has gone by and no reply back. I just wanted a partial refund or to return it. I receive silence from the seller . Do not buy items with only one picture on the listing
