it was worth a try
I was hoping I could use this to read files off a thumb drive using my kindle fire. The fire recognized the thumb drive as plugged in, but it
doesn't have the software to actually read the files on the drive. So
the product works like it's supposed to, but it wasn't useful for me.

microscrew didn't like the number I had saved from another computer I used to own so I ordered this number and it worked perfectly

water tank leaking
As soon as I installed this it started leaking. I took the cover off to maybe see if it was an easy fix and discovered the water tank had a split seam. This product was defective and unusable and brondell will not stand behind their warranty. I am sharing this to hopefully protect other customers who might be tempted to buy this product.
