Great little device

As close to Hertz NeverLost as you can get...
11 von 12 finden das hilfreich Over Christmas holiday in New Jersey I got a Hertz rental with the neverlost sys. in it. I liked it until it showed me a route to the Meadowlands that was quite complicated and I MYSELF would have never known about. It took half the time as it normally would have and a lot less miles. That was when I said I HAD to get one of these. The 6000T is a joy to use, I only had it for a week but it is deadly accurate and saved me a lot of time already. Now for the reason I can't give it a 5 star rating. I tried upgrading the firmware fron 1.15 ot 1.16. It failed. A lot. Called cust. svc. numerous times to try to resolve it. Every cust. rep I spoke with was useless. They obviously don't know the product and are just reading off trouble cards. Evert time something comes up that wasn't on the cards, no matter how simple, they put you on hold to ask the only tech in the room. It is infurating. Every time I call I get a different answer. As of now I had to ship the unit off to Texas at my own expense; I called a bit ago to check the status of when I'd get it back. I got the feeling I was given a made up story.
In short the 6000T is a great product, but god help you if there's a single problem. There's nobody to help you....
