  I decided to give this seller another chance after the previous exchange. The first time I ordered from them, I received shrimp that were almost nothing like the description, basically the worst culls I had ever seen. That being said, this time around, the shrimp I received were exactly as described. The packaging since the last time I ordered had also improved and the seller even included 2 extra shrimp per bag. I would purchase from them again based off this experience.

  Amazing seller. Answered all my questions quickly. Shipping was extremely fast. Pack arrived perfect. All fish and shrimp were double bagged, wrapped in paper and came in a box with a styrofoam walls and extra padding to ensure safe arrival. I will definitely be watching for any new items from this seller to add to my tank. Highly recommended seller in my eyes! Great job!

  I was hesitant at first to have live animals mailed from Cali to the east coast, but I need not have worried. Shipped with tracking promptly after purchase, arrived on time. Packaging was fantastic - insulating foam, batting and packing peanuts; livestock triple-bagged. There was a minor issue with the order - I reached out to the vendor and they replied in less than an hour with a solution. The shrimp are very nice quality, good sizes. Positive experience; would buy from them again.

  Shrimp arrived safely, very well packaged. Slight discrepancy on the colors, but they're living animals and will all look slightly different. Seller responded quickly and professionally to my questions. Highly reccomend.

  This package came packed super well. I thought they were dead because they were upside down, I took a picture anyways and opened them to put in a container to see, and turns out they were alive. I messaged them but corrected myself and they wanted to make sure everyone was alive and they were. Very understanding and respond super fast. Thanks again!
