Card Works Fine, But Cannot Be Updated
7 von 9 finden das hilfreich It works just fine, all functions seem ok, BUT when I tried to register it via the card drive in my PC through the Mazda Toolbox app, the app would not recognize my card, Keep getting message to "Please Insert Card". This card was supposed to have three years of free map updates from Mazda, and I could see the current map version is from 2019 for my 2021 CX-5 Cannot update the card if the Mazda app will not recognize it.
Contacted Navkings twice, once through Ebay and also through their website, both with no response. BTW, I am sure my Mazda Toolbox is current since I have a 2017 Mazda 6 and the app reads its card just fine.
