Dries out skin
Bought it for eczema not sure if that is one of its uses but it definitely did not work for that.

For kids
It is long enough for an adult, but I wouldn't recommend it if you're serious about getting in shape it is way too thin. Great price though.

OK for price.
Need multiple cycles, not very effective.
