  The product description said "Like New," but what arrived was the lowest grade DVD I have ever purchased. Scratches, stains, and cracks on the packaging were commonplace, and the disc had many scratches, as well as cleaner cream, black liquid, etc. The shipping was fast and the communication with the customer was good until the arrival. But I was disappointed that I did not receive any apology for the complaint I sent and the wrong address after checking the item.
