nice strap
great price for a great product ... I use it on my Sony A7 and its great as a single wrist strap (intended for additional security while carrying the camera in my hand)

SCR's still have a use
with a rating like 4000W this device is amenable to control more subtly such things as electric fry pans. I found this to be an excellent solution for better heat control for my kitchen electric frypan ... no more "burn or cold" in and out of the thermostat. Just make a plug pair for this and then use it inline.
Get a qualified electrician to make the electrical connections for you.
