Though not my practice - I easily issued a refund for all but $5 to cover the time the 10 min walk each way to the post office to ship item. The buyer was overall unpleasant, accusatory, and unappreciative of my efforts. Unfortunately, I am only able to click the "positive" button since this buyer left me my first negative review in over 10 years of selling. my personal belongings.

A very good, detailed manual.
I already had the Haynes Manual for the C4 Corvette (1984 through 1996), so I knew what to expect when I bought the Haynes Manual for the C5 Corvette (1997 through 2013) and I was not disappointed. The manual is very detailed and most helpful for the maintenance and repair of the Chevrolet Corvette. I have had Corvettes of various generations over a period of fifty years and am still amazed that I can learn new facts and ideas about their construction and history.

Fits perfectly and saves money.
The Spool Cap Cover fit perfectly on my trimmer replacing the broken spool cap cover and saved me the money it would have cost to buy another trimmer. The spool cap cover broke on my trimmer but the trimmer worked otherwise and the battery is holding a charge so why by a new trimmer when I could simply replace the spool cap cover?

The batteries in the handsets apparently wore out as they would last only minutes before being depleted and terminating the conversation. Therefore, I could really only use the base telephone making the convenience of the cordless handsets null and void. The replacement batteries fully charged in a short period of time and now it is like having brand new cordless handsets.
