Good capsules
Easy to open and close. A bit larger than I thought they would be, but not much harder to swallow than one size smaller.

Not as good as her migraine book
It is an ok herbal book, but very little detail is given and very weak in my opinion. I really like the same author Herbs For Migraines book, but this one was a dissapointment. If you know nothing about herbs, and can get it cheap, then maybe.

Very generalized
Very generalized, not much practical specific info with doses. I would have not bought it had I known it. I understand that specifics differ from person to person, however ranges should be suggested.
