From Dreams To Reality
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich I bought this book as it was on one of my daughter's "extra" reading lists. I read the first few pages out of curiosity but have to admit that I was quickly hooked.
To say that I was amazed to find Obama had a natural skill as an author is an understatement.I could not help but be impressed by the powerfully descriptive and honest methods of writing that he uses in this book.
I knew nothing of his background before reading this.I only knew that I was awed by the achievement and dedication he'd shown to become President. Now I know the other problems and disappointments he and his family faced in the past,it reinforces my belief that Obama is a remarkable man.
I'll certainly read his other book and I hope that eventually he will find time to write more.

Box for bits!
Such a pretty box with a massive range of designs. Picked this one for our grandson simply because my husband is a postman.
Amazing just how much you can fit into it as my bank balance will testify but I'm sure that my daughter will be filling it for her son for many years to come. We are just the starting point in a whole new Christmas tradition!
