Clean, well packaged, and a product that will pay for itself very quickly
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich My 4.7L V8 was still using the original Siemens two-hole fuel injectors, which were running fine and allowing me a then-best 19.6-ish miles per gallon in the summer. These refurbished injectors are 12-holed, impedance matched to 12.5 ohms, were individually sealed in plastic, enclosed in their own individual boxes, and well packaged. Following installation and reset of the PCM, the short term fuel trims shot "down" to -99% and proved to be very efficient with the fuel provided in the stock fuel rail with stock fuel pump. After a three hour drive, the fuel trims sat around 0% meaning that the PCM had full control of the new injectors pulse-width range. With that came a new PR of 22.3 miles per gallon over the same three hour trip and an increased vehicle range upwards of 50 additional miles per tank. All this during early spring when temperatures were still in the 40's.
In closing: the injectors were clean, well packaged, impedance matched (intentional or not, this was very important), and exceeded my expectations. If you're in the market for new injectors, check CS Performance out. Time will tell on the how long they last, but based on the new mileage, they will very quickly pay for themselves.

Refurb'd Bosch injectors, as promised, but o-rings too large and mileage worse than expected.
The products came wrapped in bubble wrap and were well protected. The injectors all measured resistances between 12.4 and 12.7 ohms, well within tolerance. They function normally, however, the o-rings used where they connect to the fuel rail were too large. So much so that the body of the injector wound up cutting the o-rings upon installation. This didn't cause any adverse conditions like leaking or anything, but it was a bit of a pain to source the proper sizes to resolve the issue. That being said, the mileage I get out of these injectors appears to be worse than expected. Given that nothing else changed, I have to blame the injectors. I can confirm that they are in fact Bosch injectors.
I do recommend the injectors, but the poor mileage and incorrect o-rings is definitely a nuisance.
