as already stated - brilliant light entertainment in these sombre times
Good viewing & entertainment. One of the best comedy sitcoms ever with all the characters blending and acting perfectly.

All characters well portrayed even though some not the most lovely people
It is well written & acted and can see why series was highly rated in reviews. This series is very gritty and shows an underside to post world war one in the UK.
