The most significant upgrade you can do to ANY guitar
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich This will do more for your basic tone than anything else, and should be done with everything, no matter what it is.
For the money, especially. It's not hard to do, the worst part is sanding down the bottom until it is the right height, and keeping it even. It will make just as much difference as changing out the pickups on a stock guitar, and should be done first.
I have been using these for years, and have saved a lot of money (and grief) by doing this before I do anything else. It will literally fix everything wrong with your guitar-tuning problems, muddy sound, etc.
Once you do this, you will find out what your guitar actually sounds like, and you can go from there. It's supposed to be for stopping strings from sticking in the slots, but it turns out to be a major sonic improvement over everything out there.
I haven't tried the NuBone nuts, but I doubt anything else is going to work this good.

Far beyond my expectations
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich This little thing sounds terrific. The only negative was the power lead fell out of the plug while I was wiring it in. I just stripped the wire back a bit, stuck it in the connector on the radio side, and plugged the connector in. BE CAREFUL with the connector plug, it is the only weak spot on this otherwise excellent little radio. The mp3 player even displayed the titles-wasn't expecting that. The radio tuner works well, but I got it to use a USB drive, and I wasn't expecting it to sound anywhere near this good on the cheap little Kolt speakers that were in my old Isuzu Trooper. It's VERY lightweight, a piece of foam doublestick tape will hold it in place-wire it to a cigarette lighter plug,(you have to provide your own in-line fuse holder for the power, 1 amp, it doesn't come with one), and you could have a good solution for a sound system in your ratty vehicle/truck if you don't want to hassle with actually installing a radio-just throw some recycled computer speakers in there and be done with it in 5 minutes!
Going to buy another one, I liked it so much, for my Dodge Ramcharger that I only use for running over mailboxes with.
Seriously, though, this thing was WAY more than I expected, and I am very happy with it.

Best sounding delay pedal there is.
Buy 2, just in case you accidentally plug a high amp output adapter in it and it starts pouring out smoke. I did, and I had to get another one. Which means I need at LEAST one more, maybe 2 or 3,
Seroiusly, though, this is the sweetest sounding, most useful delay I have ever heard. Period.
