Wrong Size, Wrong Quantity

Starting off, I ordered 10 meters of this line and received only one. They sent the balance after I contacted them, but they sent 9 meters. No complaints but my thought is that after the inconvenience, does adding another meter hurt? Oh, well. The real problem, though, is that they say this fits the Roland SP-300. It does not. It is too loose to stay on the pump. I'm out the money as I have no use for it, and am looking for an alternative.
