Air hose nipple Connection is Diffrent

I bought it but i cannot use in Canada because connection to the Air hose is not compatible , I bought it but it is use less for me . I tried to change the nipple connection with the stander size but threads are different . Hard to find nipple with the same size of threads of Pressure Guage . It is use less for me . big mistake of my life. don,t buy this item .
