Good for food and good for your hair
I sprinkle it on my food and I use a small amount on my son's hair and as part of my ingredient for my hair conditioner.

Good value for money
This is my first time using one of these. It is good value for the money that I spent for it.

Awesome leave in hair conditioner
I was surprised at the thin consistency of this leave in conditioner because I wanted it to be thick as I have used Blue Majic products before. But to my surprise, it conditioned my hair so well that it felt almost baby soft. I, later on, tried it on my 11-year-olds' spiral fluffy hair to detangle and condition the tangles that bind so easily. It so beautifully detangled and I can see more of the beauty of my son's lustrous curls.
