Great BUT lacking 35 colors.

The book is in good shape and well made. The problem is that it does NOT contain the 35 newer colors.

Makes baking effortless.

This is my second Kitchenaid 6 quart stand mixer. I wore the first one out with bread and cookie making over 15 years! This one is quieter, which I love. It has an automatic slow start so ingredients don't fly up and out. It makes short work of making heavier items such as large batches of bread or a double batch of chocolate chip cookies with no groaning or effort. Cream whips up in a jiffy using the wire whip. I also love that there is a wide choice of colors and finishes and they are gorgeous.
