The copper life

Diversity
I like it because it shows that we are all related in one form or another. I like'd the section about Yo Yo Ma and Eva Longoria and there being related. Eva's family has lived under 5 different flags on the same land since there arrival. Stephen Colbert got a wake up, he is not Irish Catholic but Alsacian protestant. Dr. Henry Louis Gates genealogy was a very interesting.

Biased
The author has a very biased opinion and is mis-informed. He is trying sow hatred. If this was a novel, then he is entitled to his opinion. This is a text book and should be of his own ideas and not that of a failed 70’s movement. Mexican historians have stated that Mexico sold this territory. The money was taken by Mexican General Antonio Lopez De Santa Anna, when he was evicted by his own government.
