Plain and simple.
This is an amazing book. Its gold. I just wish I read it 20 or 30 yrs ago. The exercises are incredible and they work. I wish every body could read this book , it would create so much happiness in this unsettling times. I have read it twice and intend to read it again as each time I read, I always found something new or understand more. Definitely an enlightening piece of gold.

Exciting readf
Enjoyed this book . The plot was very slow to start but built up to an exciting crecendo and finish to leave the reader wanting more.
