New, functional and unused excellent product that is not commonly available off the shelf in the UK
Pens arrived all functional and new. It's good to be able to source these pens which don't seem to be available on the shelf in the UK.
Box looked like it had been sat on but the pens were all in one piece.
It was odd that the pens could be ordered in units of 10 and yet they arrived in a box made for 12 pieces. It would be easier to simply order a box of 12.
