Product was as advertised, shipping was prompt and well-packaged, and at a fair price. BUT, I made an offer that included free shipping, and was charged shipping. When I contacted the seller about it, he eventually offered to fully refund shipping, but only returned about 1/2. I tried to contact him on several occasions to rectify things, but he quit answering me.

There was a misunderstanding between myself and the seller but he immediately corrected the problem. Part was as advertised and packaged well against damage. Seller went beyond the norm to ensure my satisfaction and I wouldn’t think twice to buy from him again

The unit that arrived was actually better and larger. However, I ordered it for high school kids to use in a coffee shop. This one is a little fancier than I needed, but I’ll take it. It arrived very quickly, and I cannot complain. Just didn’t look like the picture online.
