Unusable but was able to repair it.
This part came in in a timely manner but it was froze up and the brush would not turn. It had no return available so I was stuck. I decided to take it apart by a video I found on youtube. The inter shaft was froze up and could not turn it, even with pliers. . I sprayed some WD on both ends of the motor shaft and let it sit. I later took a pair of pliers and worked it back and fourth. The shaft freed up and is now turning freely. Put it all back together and now it works fine. I'm glad I did not waist my money.
