Expensive but easy to use.
This is my third machine as they don't last very long but I would't be without it. It is very easy and convenient to make one or two cups of tea/coffee and the filter ensures that the water is not tainted with chemicals. Descaling is a bind and the descaling instructions are not too clear and I have not been able to obtain the recommended descaler and have to use a propriety brand and guess the amount to use.
The plastic tank soon displays a myriad of fine cracks/stress marks but I have only had one break on me. The water temperature is accurate but the volume of water output can sometimes be less than set on the control knob. I have had one where the automatic water level float became detached and I had to wedge it back into position. Spares are very expensive and that is why I buy a new model rather than replace parts outside the guarantee period. Why buy a new tanks for £30 only to need to replace something else in the following few weeks?
