perfect for many jobs - well made - good value and not too heavy for use by the average user
essential tool to have - this one has a good strong hickory shaft and the weight is just about right for all but the heaviest use or the strongest user.

just the job
ebay is the perfect place to track down the right sized handle and re-new your favourite pick-axe head - Great :)
And with a little shaping it proved perfect for my old treasured axe-head
Finally a light sand and a coat of Colron Wood Reviver gave it a good seal and finish

the real deal
strong, reliable and the same as I have already got and had for years - This is a no-nonsense long lasting item and it is ideal to use and have on your basin - the grip is ideal for anyone with big or small hands - and it is also easy to clean and strong - how things used to be made and so much better then anything I could find in Tesco, Sainsbury or Waitrose.
