Claire Weekes talking on CD
2 von 2 finden das hilfreich It was amazing to lay back and listen to Claire Weekes explain and help me and I am sure others that buy the Cd. I Know it helped me and is still helping me I walked down the street for the first time in yrs :)and my mediactions are almost gone I still need my meds but instead of taking what I was on I am way down from how much I was taking under my doctors help Greatest thing I have done for myself

self-help book by Claire Weekes
2 von 2 finden das hilfreich I have the book help for your nerves and it was the second book i was reading so i wanted to buy the first book it was the best thing I have done for myself i needed that little extra help on what is happening to me and Claire Weekes explains it so well. If you have a problem with Panic in any form this is the way to go. I have to say it was the best way for me. I have bought most of Claire Weekes books and I also her CD on pass through panic. I am glad i have a books and cd to help me (It works). Claire Weekes really understands and explains everything I was amazed.

I gt it on time and my granddaughter hasn't put it down yet lol she loves it.
