    I ordered new, it's used. I was charged for shipping, there was no cushioning on the inside and the disk is loose in the case. I'm not bothering to contact this seller because it was listed as new and it wasn't and they also charged for shipping but very poorly packaged. She also seems to think she is going to hide behind "No Returns Accepted" as well. Malicious intent confirmed.
