Great fun and superb.
I bought the item for my Grandson this coming Christmas and he has quite a collection of vehicles now and they have all been brilliant so I believe this will be too.

Extremely nice controllable locomotive
Bought this Minitrix Mallard to replace an A4 Farish that would not control as I wanted. This 4-6-2 does everything I want on my Analogue layout, from normal speed on the circuit to slow speeds through the station controlled by simple IN4001 diodes. The model not only runs as I want, it looks good to with the details. I have other Trix locos and this one has not disappointed.
Excellent piece of kit.

It works as expected considering tis age and the condition is excellent. Anything associated with Farish is usually superb.
