Great product to help you get off the couch.
This is really great because it weighs you everyday and tells you your weight and helps you maintain a goal. It is great if you are just starting out and just need help to get up and off the couch.

Very well written
This book was written very well. It had so much history and more that I wasn't even aware of. This was a good read!

1 von 1 finden das hilfreich I really enjoy this game, it helps to get you off the couch and actually exercising. I don't like that they don't give very great directions on how to do these exercises but it is still a wonderful game. I am happy I bought it and I would reccomend you try it.
