  This seller listed this item as brand new with no tag, it arrived reeking of cigarette smoke and with a stain of some sort down the front of the dress. When I brought this to her attention the seller said “wash it then” instead of offering to help. I requested a return and thank God EBay allowed it, as this seller refused to assist. BUYER BEWARE!!!!
