Almost eliminated sudden wake-ups out of breath....
These things are great. They've almost eliminated my snoring and sudden jolts to consciousness breathing deeply for lack of oxygen. The only thing is I found the clear to be much better for me. The flesh color stick to good. They almost pull the skin when you remove them. They're good for short term like an athletic event of a long run. But for overnight the clears last well and are easier to remove.
