Kitchenaid (Whirlpool) Quality
The Kitchenaid (Whirlpool) name is synonymous with quality. I am a loyal customer who has never had a bad experience relying on their products. While I realize you pay for the name and the item is or is nearly discontinued, it's hard for me to accept that a plastic bin is valued over $40; but, I was willing to pay it because I love my refrigerator and like to keep it "like new."
