They didn’t collect last week as scheduled as said’ no room on van’ despite seller and myself constantly trying to find out the position we could get no contact, have eventually collected but now waiting to see whether they do deliver today as stated( no time yet given which again is not acceptable );the seller & myself have kept in contact whole time . Looking forward to receiving chair today - hopefully!
