Easy to use as a points of discussion

I just happned upon this book at a friend's house as we were discussing the age old Q--what do we do with the rest of our lives? Random;ly, I opened to the page that had the reader compute the number of days he's been alive and the (estimated) number of days left. Compelling. It made the two of us call friends, order more books, and organize a weekly meeting to answer the above Q using this book as a guide. Good stuff.
